Karachi
is the largest city in Pakistan and the capital of the province of Sindh. Karachi is the financial and commercial hub of Pakistan. The city is located on the coast of the Arabian Sea, northwest of the mouths of the Indus River. With a population of approximately 16 million (unofficial figures; the official count is in the 13 million range), Karachi is the third most populous city in the world.
